The first new office to be built in Berkeley Square for 20 years,
38 Berkeley Square is currently being redeveloped to deliver 83,000 sq. ft. of exemplary office space.
Located to the elevated north west corner of the Square, the development boasts panoramic views above the surrounding skyline and across London. At ground floor, a dual aspect reception fronts Berkeley Square, as well as providing a discrete entrance on Farm Street.
Sustainability and wellness are ingrained in the design. Timber soffits, an abundance of natural light and 7,500 sq. ft. of expansive terracing brings the open space of the Square into the building. The building will be delivered to BREEAM Outstanding.
