A net zero carbon building, 20 Berkeley Square is set to become one of the greenest office buildings in Mayfair.
Designed by Barr Gazetas, the scheme will comprise 22,000 sq ft of the highest quality office space over eight upper floors, together with a 2,000 sq ft restaurant that opens directly out onto the brand-new public realm surrounding the Square.
The 3,000 sq ft office floors will be served by a new rooftop garden designed by award-winning landscape architects Andy Sturgeon Design. The development is set to achieve BREEAM Outstanding.
