Giles Easter

Chief Executive

Giles has over 25 years of commercial property experience, having spent the majority of his career in real estate fund management and private equity. Giles has overall responsibility for strategy, client relationships and team culture. He chairs our Investment Committee and also sits on various external boards, including the WPA, New West End Company and Mayfair Neighbourhood Forum. He holds a BSc in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University.

Paul Doctors

General Counsel & Head of Operations

Paul has over 20 years of experience as a real estate and finance lawyer and sits in our Executive team. He is responsible for legal, risk management and operational matters, focusing on the development and execution of our strategies, visions and goals.

Stuart Clifton

Head of Asset Management

Stuart has over 20 years of real estate experience and is a specialist in agency and the asset management of trophy buildings. He heads our asset management team and seeks to create best in class assets, with a strong focus on enhancing occupier relationships.

Peter Pulford

Head of Development

Pete leads the development side of the business and is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of both the refurbishment and development pipelines. He has a wealth of experience across the full lifecycle of property but specialises in securing valuable planning consents and producing design-led, sustainable buildings.

Sheriff Choudhury

Head of Finance

Sheriff has 20 years of experience in finance and accounting for property and is responsible for overseeing the corporate, estate and project management accounts and financial reporting.

Sam Harper

Development & Investment Director

Sam is responsible for managing a number of high profile office developments across Central London. With a background in economics and financial modelling, Sam has also played a central role in managing our investor relations and reporting.

Sam Jones

Asset Management Director

Sam has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and has a strong track record in completing complex transactions. A natural problem solver, Sam is responsible for key retail and leisure assets as well as major office redevelopments.

Cameron Most

Associate Director, Portfolio

Cameron provides the business with top-down portfolio management insights and analysis. He also works on the financial modelling required to underwrite development opportunities and to inform asset management decisions to maximise performance.

Rob Rotbart

Head of Construction

Rob has 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has been responsible for managing and procuring projects throughout London in excess of £800m. Rob has significant market insights in development procurement, benchmarking, sustainability and excellent consultant and contractor relations.

Hugo Watts

Asset Management Associate

Hugo oversees the leasing and development strategy for historic period properties. He combines his passion for history and architecture to deliver sustainable solutions, which preserve the historic integrity of commercial and residential buildings whilst enhancing their value.

Alex Rich

Development Director

Alex is responsible for project delivery across a number of assets, specialising in existing building refurbishment, repositioning and modernisation. With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry in London and abroad, Alex brings a technical engineering background enabling highly sustainable solutions to be applied to even the most challenging buildings.

Ranvir Wilkhu

Assistant Financial Accountant

Ranvir has 8 years of experience in Finance and is studying towards his CIMA accounting qualification. He is responsible for assisting with both the corporate and estate Accounts all corporate invoicing and the cost management of our development projects.

Lucy Sharman

Executive & Operations Assistant

Lucy assists and supports the Executive Team, Development Team and Asset Management Team as their Executive Assistant and is also responsible for day-to-day office management operations.

Stuart Le Boutillier

Development Manager

With over ten years of experience in delivering commercial property assets in Central London, Stuart brings commercial and procurement expertise to BEAM and is passionate about driving quality and value in our developments.

Bryony McLardy

Project Co-ordinator

Bryony provides project and operational support for our Development Team, including project invoicing and assisting with ESG matters.

Vaida Butke

Receptionist & Team Assistant

Vaida is responsible for welcoming all visitors to our office and providing administrative support to the team.
