Berkeley Square House is the most prominent building on Berkeley Square, occupying the entirety of the eastern flank. A rolling refurbishment programme has transformed the building throughout with new amenities and finishes to reflect the premium location.
Works included the complete upgrade of the main reception with a bespoke double height glazed façade and entrance lobby, renewal of lifts, refurbishment of all common parts, upgrade of the secondary reception on Bruton St and provision of a new best in class end-of-trip wellness facility, the first in the UK to achieve a “Platinum” Cycle Heart rating from specialist designers Five at Heart.
Open plan office floors, some of the largest on the square, have also been modernised with new high efficiency FCU heating and cooling, LED lighting and controls, enhanced metering and upgraded façade insulation to now achieve an EPC rating of “B”, improving environmental performance and future-proofing the asset for the long term.
