This phased repositioning saw the transformation of a 1980s mixed use asset, delivering four brand new 18,000 sq. ft. office floor plates. The reception on Welbeck Street is now doubled in size and a landscaped communal roof terrace has been created along with private terracing at 1st and 2nd floors and best in class end of trip facilities at basement.
The project also comprised the conversion to an all-electric system, thereby facilitating a move to net zero carbon operation.
