13 Hill St sees the complete refurbishment of a traditional townhouse with new office accommodation across six floors, with access from both Hill St and Hays Mews at the rear. Works include new MEP installations and finishes throughout, reconstruction of the “ballroom” to enable a generously landscaped communal terrace area, all electric heating and cooling, new skylights and primary glazing, restoration of historically significant façade and ceiling features and reconfiguration of structure to provide open office floor plans.
Due for completion in Q1 2025, the building has been pre-let in its entirety to act as the new European headquarters for the incoming occupier. A number of tenant enhancements and Cat A+ provisions have been incorporated as part of the works to enable early occupation.
