We are delighted to announce that Westminster City Council has approved our plans for the redevelopment of 33 Cavendish Square.
Located in the heart of Oxford Street on an island site just one block west of Oxford Circus, the development designed by architects KPF will deliver c.450,000 sq ft (NIA) of unrivalled Grade-A office space, c.100,000 sq ft (NIA) of world-class flexible retail space for flagship stores and c.25,000 sq ft (NIA) dedicated to cultural and creative activities, including a new auditorium and flexible event venues for conferences, product launches and fashion shows, alongside studios and workspaces to support creative, digital and technology businesses.
Blending innovative retrofitting with new build, 33 Cavendish Square will create a workplace environment that attracts top talent and supports productivity, wellbeing and sustainability. The office space is targeting best-in-class credentials, including BREEAM ‘Outstanding’. The building will be fully electric, net-zero aligned and equipped with over 1,000 cycle parking spaces, reinforcing its commitment to a greener future.
Works are expected to commence in 2029, with completion of the development anticipated in 2033.
