An intrepid team from BEAM attended LandAid’s SleepOut event in March, sleeping outside overnight to raise money and awareness for the property industry’s homeless charity. Our team experienced a very cold night on the roof of the Westfield London car park and proudly raised £21,000, the second highest amount of sponsorship for the event in the whole of the UK. We are very grateful for the kind generosity of our sponsors.

By awarding monetary grants and arranging free property expertise, LandAid enables homeless charities to provide secure accommodation and supportive services for 16-24 year-olds experiencing homelessness across the UK. LandAid hosts many fundraising events each year, but the most high profile is its annual SleepOut, at which over 1,000 property professionals spend a night sleeping outside in the cold in numerous locations across the UK. We are delighted to announce that Millenium Capital Partners has pre-let the whole of 50 Berkeley Street as their London headquarters, which is currently undergoing a comprehensive redevelopment. The repositioned building, designed by leading architects Stiff + Trevillion, will provide 173,000 square feet of exceptional office space and over 8,000 square feet of rooftop terracing and is due for completion in mid-2025.
